01 Put on camouflage uniforms, form a team, and compete with style

 

At 9 o'clock in the morning, facing the cool autumn breeze, the Keruite team arrived at Danshuikeng Xiaofantian Amusement Park and started a day of expansion activities in uniform.

 

 

Ice Breaking Operation

The ice-breaking action not only boosted morale, but also strengthened trust and communication among employees, allowing new employees to quickly integrate into the group and everyone to become familiar with each other.

 

After a series of ice-breaking games, the instructor began to form teams. The four beauties used 1, 2, 3, and 4 to represent the four teams. The teams with the same number were initially formed.

Each team recommended a captain and a secretary. Each team had a strong team. The captains were not only tall but also handsome. We don't know whether they were rich or not. When they couldn't reach a consensus on the team flag, they played rock-paper-scissors. This picture was also full of childish fun.
Next, we started to establish the culture of each team, and took turns to show the team name, slogan, team song, and appearance posture. Our team names: Brave Team, Wolf Warrior Team, Capable Team, Hero Team, just ask you if you are domineering, powerful, and submissive?

 

02 Passionate Power Circle

The power rope circle is a large circle that we all make together. In the first part, two team members are selected to walk a circle on the rope with the help of their teammates. At the beginning, everyone was worried that they could not carry their colleagues. With the efforts of all team members, through mutual trust and support, the project was successfully completed. In the second part - the life power circle, when the instructor announced that they would challenge the goal of "666" circles, everyone hesitated, but after breaking down the goal into shouting loudly every 100 circles, everyone was full of confidence. This project can greatly enhance team cohesion, develop team potential, forge steel will, and shock and empower team members. As long as everyone unifies the rhythm and moves forward in unity, we can win even 6666, not to mention 666.

 

03 Teamwork and the challenge of extreme time limit

Under the active leadership of the captain, the team members divided the work and cooperated with each other. How could they quickly complete the challenge? Each team showed their unique skills!

 

The game is divided into two rounds. When a task comes, the team needs to quickly make strategic and tactical arrangements, perform their duties, and unify the rules. The game of extreme time limit can repeatedly test the team's communication, collaboration and execution capabilities. One person can run very fast, but to go better and farther, it requires the joint efforts and relay of a team. The picnic was divided into 7 groups, and each group selected a chef. It was cool to be a chef. The coach said that the team members had to listen to the chef and not resist. Under the leadership of the chef, each group entered the picnic site in an orderly manner and took their seats. The friends divided the work and cooperated: making fire, washing dishes, washing vegetables, cutting vegetables, cooking...

 

See? Good men from Coret are everywhere, and they are all good at what they do, and they are no less capable than their female counterparts.

 

After a busy day, the delicious food with steaming hot rice, plus the physical exertion in the morning, is so satisfying. Even if the wind blows down fallen leaves, you can still eat it.

As the saying goes: do it yourself, you will have enough food and clothing! Picnics not only allow friends to realize through their own actions that food is not easy to come by, but also allow us to discover the chefs around us (please look for five-star chefs in the next event and get the upper hand first)

 

 

05 Team cohesion challenge graduation wall

After lunch, we started a more challenging project - the Graduation Wall! Also known as the Victory Wall or the Survival Wall. In this challenge, there were no 4 groups, only one team - Coret! When the coach introduced this project, everyone felt that it was extremely difficult, but in the end we worked together and successfully completed the Graduation Wall in 18 minutes.

 

This is our general manager, Dr. Tan. Although he is older, he is not afraid of any difficulties when it comes to team activities.

 

 

Han Xiao from the Warehousing Department has been building a human wall since the beginning and has persisted until the end. Of course, there are more human walls that played a pivotal role. Although everyone's shoulders were stepped on and red, and their clothes were covered with sweat and sand, they still insisted on sending each partner to the top of this 4-meter-high wall.
Similarly, the partners who have already climbed the wall all stayed voluntarily and worked very hard to pull up one by one. The rest of the partners, as a protection, raised their heads and held their hands up, fearing that someone would fall. Because of everyone's concerted efforts and mutual trust, more than 60 people were able to reach the top of the wall in just over ten minutes.
The graduation wall allows team members to understand the relationship between personal goals and team goals. Only when the team wins can there be a real victory!

 

The development of a company not only requires generals and backbones who can strategize and charge into battle, but also requires many ordinary employees who work hard. Wu Xiaoyan from the Quality Department was the first team member to fall into the water. Chen Jinhua from the R&D Department jumped in without hesitation and pulled her out of the water, which moved everyone.
