The New Year’s bell is about to ring. After the passionate and vibrant year of 2023, we usher in the bright sunshine of 2024.

 

 

In this wonderful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, in order to strengthen the team awareness of the company's employees, enhance the cohesion among employees, and improve the cooperation and communication skills of employees. On January 20, 2024, Coret launched an outdoor annual meeting team-building activity with the theme of "Concentrate on development, forge ahead and write a new chapter".

At 10:30 in the morning, the Keruite team gathered at the Huayang Lake Landmark Camp in Dongguan. Our interesting day started with the sign-in and we were about to reap a lot.

Next, we were divided into 10 teams through arranging teams, grouping, selecting captains, naming teams, and drawing team flags. Everyone shouted the names and slogans of their respective teams, and started the Hundred-Man War Drum and three competitive games with full enthusiasm.

At the beginning of the activity, the coach led us to do a warm-up dance and also danced a simple version of the recently popular "Subject Three".

“Drumming together, moving forward together, crossing the river with one heart”, everyone on the field pulled the rope together to follow the ball, inspiring people, working together, communicating and cooperating; the audience off the field was excited. From the beginning of 1 to the highest challenge of 52, releasing potential abilities and turning the impossible into possible, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished by unity, the friends are awesome!

They are diligent and strive to be the best, using love and hard work to help the company. Thank them for their hard work and outstanding contributions to the company in the past year!

 

As the saying goes, where there is a will, there is a way. In 2023, the Raw Materials Department and the Engineering Department set an example in energy conservation and implemented 5 energy-saving and consumption-reducing projects, achieving relatively remarkable results. In order to encourage such positive behavior, these five teams were awarded certificates of honor and cash rewards at the event.

The development of Keruite is inseparable from the hard work of every employee present here, and there are a group of outstanding stars in our front-line employees. They play an active role in promoting their work in various positions, become advanced elements and our learning role models, and are the interpreters of our corporate culture.

Once the oven is on, happiness comes naturally

The laughter and joy lingered in the air along with the wisps of smoke. People gathered in groups of three or five, eating all kinds of skewers, some took photos, some talked about various interesting things in their work and life, and some sat together to play small games. The atmosphere was warm and joyful!

In the evening, we gathered at "Julong Pavilion" and started the exciting lottery session with drinks and chat. Congratulations to all the winners!
